Milan have played 18 games so far this season, meaning we are nearly halfway through (just one more needed to say that officially). The first six months have told us a lot about the team and, above all, about the reinforcements made in the summer.

Davide Bartesaghi has made the left-hand side his, putting the new signing Pervis Estupinan on the bench, and Christopher Nkunku has struggled massively to impress. Meanwhile, the likes of Luka Modric and Adrien Rabiot have been absolutely crucial for the team.

In short, there have been mixed contributions from the summer signings and this has sometimes made life difficult for Massimiliano Allegri and his staff. As such, Oliver and Anthony sat down to assess the summer mercato, not just looking at the signings but also the sales.
