Manchester City are away at Burnley in the Premier League tonight knowing a win will send them above Arsenal and top of the table
Manchester City visit Burnley tonight knowing a win will send the Clarets down and the Blues to the top of the table.
Pep Guardiola's side beat Arsenal 2-1 at the Etihad on Sunday to move ominously onto the Gunners' shoulders in the Premier League title race.
City will have to manage without midfielder Rodri for the trip to Turf Moor and Ruben Dias and Josko Gvardiol are also sidelined.
The Blues begin the night three points behind the Gunners at the top of the table but will hit the summit on goal difference or goals scored if they beat Scott Parker's side.
Kick off is 8pm and you can follow all the build-up, action, reaction and analysis on our blog.

Transfer message
Guardiola has confirmed a decision will be made on centre-back Vitor Reis at the end of the season after the defender insisted his goal is to return to the Etihad Stadium in the summer. The 20-year-old joined City from Brazilian club Palmeiras in January 2025 and made three appearances for the Blues last season.
However, in a bid to improve his development, City loaned Reis to affiliate club Girona. The 20-year-old has become a regular for the Spanish team and has only missed two La Liga matches this season, both due to suspension.
While Reis has been away from the Etihad Stadium, City have invested in their defence with the January arrival of Marc Guehi from Crystal Palace while Abdukodir Khusanov has impressed for the Blues in recent weeks. But with John Stones set to depart in the summer and Nathan Ake potentially departing, the makeup of the City backline will change.

The run-in
It starts tonight doesn't it. City's fixtures are more difficult on paper with all of Arsenal's remaining opponents currently in the bottom half but given the Blues have recently dropped points against Forest and West Ham, the one thing we know for certain is that nothing is certain at this time of the year with the pressure on.
After Burnley tonight, City travel to Everton on Bank Holiday Monday before welcoming Brentford to the Etihad. Aston Villa vist on the final day of the season and a home game with Crystal Palace needs to be slotted into the schedule somewhere. City are due to visit Bournemouth on FA Cup final weekend but if the Blues beat Southampton at Wembley on Saturday then that game will also move.
Arsenal, meanwhile, have back to back home games against Newcastle and Fulham to come before they visit West Ham.

How things stand
So a reminder of the table, Arsenal are still top - as Guardiola was at pains to point out this week - and the Gunners will stay there if City fail to get the job done tonight.
Mikel Arteta's men have 70 points from 33 games with City three points further back but with a game in hand.
It's going to be nip and tuck between now and the end of the season for these two. Arsenal are at home to Newcastle on Saturday.

Welcome along
Good evening from Turf Moor. It's a glorious spring day and perfect for football. Perfect in fact for going top of the Premier League which is the prize on offer for City tonight.
That 2-1 victory over Arsenal has blown the title race wide open and any sort of win tonight for Pep Guardiola's side will move them ahead of the Gunners on either goal difference or goals scored with five games to play.
The Clarets have had a wretched season and will be relegated tonight with defeat. City are huge favourites but there won't be any complacency from Guardiola and Co. Every game poses its challenges at this time of the season.
We'll be building up to kick off on the blog and filling you in on all the latest City news as we go so stay with us.
