AC Milan are one of several clubs interested in Real Madrid wonderkid Arda Guler. The Turkish attacking midfielder is a long-term interest.
There have been several links between Milan and Madrid in recent years, often with some success to it. Brahim Diaz arrived on loan before heading back to Madrid. He has also regularly spoken about his love for the Rossoneri.
Most recently, Alex Jimenez made a similar move to Italy. However, he has moved to Premier League side Bournemouth, rather than Madrid, utilising their buy-option, which was present in the contract.
Milan watching Guler…
Now, another link could be made, and it has been one in the works for some time now. According to Caught Offside, there is a lot of noise surrounding Guler and his future, with the January mercato quickly approaching.
Whilst the Turkish midfielder is not for sale, European clubs are circling. In fact, Tottenham Hotspur, Newcastle United, Arsenal, Borussia Dortmund, and RB Leipzig have joined the Rossoneri in watching the young talent.
Jude Bellingham is set to return from his injury soon, so there could be fewer minutes available to the youngster. So, something could be looked into. However, competition would be fierce, and the Galactico’s position has already been made clear. He is not for sale.
