Chelsea have claimed that Alejandro Garnacho and Cole Palmer are "ready" for Saturday's Premier League clash with Brentford after both took part in training on Friday.
Garnacho could make his debut against the west London club after not signing from Manchester United in time to feature against Fulham before the international break. Palmer also did not play in that match at Stamford Bridge after sustaining a groin injury while warming up before their previous game versus West Ham United.
As a result, England head coach Thomas Tuchel did not call up the player for their World Cup qualifiers against Andorra and Serbia. Palmer has, however, returned to training this week.

Head coach Enzo Maresca acknowledged during his pre-match press conference, as he said: "Cole took part in the session yesterday for the first time, not the entire session. We have one more session this afternoon, and we are going to try with him to see if he's OK; otherwise, he will be out tomorrow."
Palmer seemingly did partake in that session, with the club sharing a photo of him training across their social media channels on Friday night. "Ready for tomorrow," they captioned the post, tagging him in the image.
Chelsea also shared individual pictures of Garnacho, Josh Acheampong and Wesley Fofana. The former shared that post on his Instagram story.
Joao Pedro similarly posted photos of himself training on his story. Much like Palmer, the forward was wearing a bright orange bib.
Maresca acknowledged that Pedro, plus Andrey Santos and Estevao Willian, would be doubts due to their involvement in World Cup qualifiers with Brazil. They played against Bolivia in El Alto on Wednesday, at a stadium that stands 4,088 meters above sea level.
"The three Brazilian players arrived yesterday but didn't train," Maresca said on Friday. The head coach also acknowledged that Moises Caicedo "arrived last night," but acknowledged, "I didn't see him, I will see him today."

"For all of them, it is a question mark for tomorrow. When they play in Bolivia, it's difficult. Hopefully, they can be back soon."
Caicedo shared a matchday graphic on his Instagram story as usual the night before a match. Santos also posted images of himself training on his story earlier in the evening.
Historically, players who share the graphics have tended to be involved in the matchday squad, whether that means they will be in the starting XI or begin the match on the bench remains to be seen.
