Dusan Vlahovic has been offered to Premier League clubs but nothing positive has come, meaning AC Milan might be his only option.
Despite all of the talk in the last 48 hours about a move for Darwin Nunez of Liverpool, Vlahovic remains the most linked name when it comes to the striker position for the Rossoneri, and it is because of his situation.
Striker issue next
According to Calciomercato.com, once the arrivals of the Swiss pair Ardon Jashari and Zachary Athekame have been confirmed – from Club Brugge and Young Boys respectively – the Rossoneri will be on the hunt for a new striker.
Milan are looking for someone to play alongside Santiago Gimenez and compete for a spot. While Nunez is a target and is on his way out of Liverpool, his costs are high and he is in negotiations with Al-Hilal, coached by former Inter man Simone Inzaghi.

This, Vlahovic’s name remains in the crosshairs. The Serbian striker has less than 12 months on his contract and Juventus’ directors would prefer to sell him abroad, but so far all attempts have been unsuccessful.
After turning down the offer from José Mourinho’s Turkish club Fenerbahce, the Serb has been offered to Manchester United. However, the Red Devils have other plans for the attack and are competing for Slovenian striker Benjamin Sesko with Newcastle.
The Mapgies have offered Leipzig €80m plus another €10m in bonuses, while trying to fend off Liverpool’s bid for Swede Alexander Isak. As a result, the dominos may not fall into place for Vlahovic to go to England.
