CM: Rabiot said no to ‘his dream’ to play for Allegri once again – the background

A move for Adrien Rabiot was completed quickly, and AC Milan got the better of his dream situation after Massimiliano Allegri’s involvement.

There were persistent suggestions that Milan wanted Rabiot throughout the summer, and despite Allegri stating that there was no contact between him and the midfielder, this was debunked in the player’s interview.

However, he rejected the advances from England, instead preferring to reunite with his former head coach. Considering how much Allegri wanted him, the fact that he rejected his dream for the Diavolo is a massive tick.
