It seemed like both coaches were going to come into this game with worries. However, in the past 24 hours, Milan have struggled more, whilst Pioli’s team look to be on the path towards a decent squad once again.
Pioli boosted
This afternoon, Calciomercato.com looked at several situations, starting with Moise Kean. The Italian withdrew from the Italian squad, and whilst he is not a definite, he is looking to be in better condition.
There is now hope he can be present, and whilst he won’t be risked for the sake of it, considering their upcoming fixtures, he will have late tests on Saturday to see if it is possible to play him this weekend. It does seem ‘extremely difficult’ for now, but it is far from impossible.

Dodo, Jacopo Fazzini, Marin Pongracic and Simon Sohm should all be recovered for the game, with the first three able to start, should Pioli seek their services. The latter should be good from the bench.
Finally, Pietro Commuzo is ready to start once again – he last started 32 days ago – and the game at San Siro could be an ‘ideal setting for his relaunch’. Roberto Piccoli, at this point, is preferred to Edin Dzeko.
