CM: Unknowns and puzzles – Juventus facing several issues ahead of Milan game

1 hour ago 1

This weekend, Juventus are likely to be forced to make several decisions, something which AC Milan do not really have to contend with.

Ahead of the game, there are several reports starting to emerge about the fixture and who will be looking to play. However, it is also when issues are reported. For Juventus, it seems like there are a few to contend with.

Troubles in Turin

As Calciomercato.com write, there are problems, injuries and absences hanging over the team, and whilst they are unbeaten, they are not without any struggles. For Massimiliano Allegri, it is a chance to return to a place that was home for so long, but he will be glad to hear of any problems.

Juan Cabal will be out for this game after suffering a tear to his right thigh biceps femoris in the Champions League. Whilst Gleison Bremer and Khephren Thuram look likely to feature in some aspect against the Rossoneri.

Then, there is the issue on the frontline, where Tudor does not know who to put alongside Kenan Yildiz. Francesco Conceicao and Edon Zhegrova are possibilities. Lois Openda, Dusan Vlahovic and Jonathan David are contesting for a starting spot up front.

Perhaps, as another report suggests, they could even line up in a different formation. Many suggest that a 4-3-3 would be ideal for the group, but Tudor wants to stick with a three-at-the-back system. A 3-5-2 to match Allegri could be selected, or even a 3-4-3.

It certainly seems like the Italian is heading into this game with more serenity.
