Christian Pulisic has been perhaps the most consistent player in Serie A since he arrived in 2023, and AC Milan want to recognise this.
As Corriere dello Sport (via AllMilan) report this morning, Pulisic’s name strikes fear among opponents, more so than ever this season. The stats speak for themselves: four goals and two assists in the league so far, with eight goal contributions in seven games when including the Coppa Italia.
In the 2023 summer window, Milan acquired Christian Pulisic from Chelsea on a permanent deal for €20m, tying him to a four-year contract with the option for a further season. Many considered it a gamble, but he has repaid that investment and then some.
Milan’s mission: Lock down Pulisic
The paper adds that the management are working to secure the long-term future of Pulisic. The USA international is currently tied to the club formally until 2027, but his contract includes a unilateral option that would allow Milan to extend his deal for another season.

In addition to the duration, however, the financial aspect is also being discussed. The winger is aiming for a pay rise above the current €4m net per year he arrives, and the directors intend to begin negotiations in the coming weeks, with the aim of reaching an agreement that satisfies all parties.
For his part, Pulisic appears to be intent on continuing his career with the Rossoneri. Offers from Saudi Arabia last summer were never considered, confirming the player’s clear desire to stay.
