Di Marzio: Cremonese reach ‘basic agreement’ with Milan for Terracciano loan

This afternoon, it seems that an agreement has been found between AC Milan and Cremonese for another out-of-favour player.

There are several players in the Milan ranks who probably need some time away from the club to develop. The goal this summer has been to raise the level of the Rossoneri, and without the need to rotate as much, this involves raising the lower bar.

So, Warren Bondo has already been allowed to leave on loan, with a deal set to be wrapped up next week. However, he is not the only young player who needs some development away from the Rossoneri.

Two to go

Arriving in the winter of 2024, Filippo Terracciano came with the hopes of being a rotational player for the future. Unfortunately, he has not really shown that potential just yet. Others have regularly been picked ahead of him, whilst the Diavolo have not moved him into midfield, which was a possibility.

Perhaps, then, these ideas can be tested elsewhere, and this is the plan. As Gianluca Di Marzio, via MilanNews, reports this afternoon, the Italian will head on loan to Cremonese, alongside teammate Bondo.

A ‘basic agreement’ between the two clubs has been found, and whilst he has been called up for the friendlies this weekend, he will likely head to Cremona afterwards.
