Thomas Tuchel has named the England squad for the upcoming round of fixtures for the March international break. The Three Lions will be back in action later this month in the final international hiatus of the season ahead of this summer’s World Cup.
Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur all have players who have been named in the England squad for this month’s friendly fixtures against Uruguay and Japan, with both matches taking place at Wembley Stadium.
This will be one of Tuchel’s last opportunities to prepare for the World Cup this summer, which is being hosted in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
England will also have a friendly match against Costa Rica in June, which will be their final game before making the trip across the Atlantic for the World Cup.
