FIFA president Gianni Infantino was a guest at Casa Milan today, and he met with some key figures at AC Milan.
During his visit, as a post on his Instagram shows, Infantino met with Milan president Paolo Scaroni and the CEO Giorgio Scaroni and also visited the Mondo Milan Museum. The caption reads as follows:
“It was a pleasure to meet AC Milan President Paolo Scaroni and CEO Giorgio Furlani to talk about football, international competitions, and infrastructure. And congratulations on the Museum: always looking to the future, you’ve managed to find the right place for every right story.”
Infantino was born in Switzerland but is actually an Inter fan, though he has publicly backed both Milan clubs in their pursuit of a new stadium. He has been the president of world football’s governing body since 2016, taking over from the controversial figure of Sepp Blatter.
