Wales head coach and former Liverpool star Craig Bellamy was asked about Mohamed Salah leaving Liverpool and had a simple reason for refusing to comment

Craig Bellamy delivered one of the most pointed press conference moments of the week when asked about Mohamed Salah's bombshell departure announcement from Liverpool.
The former Liverpool forward politely declined to comment by pointing out that his job description does not extend to discussing that topic - particularly not this week. The Wales head coach was speaking to reporters ahead of Thursday's enormous World Cup qualifying playoff against Bosnia and Herzegovina when the question of Salah's exit arose.
"Does he play for Wales or Bosnia?" the former Reds forward replied. "I love him as a player, but I'll speak about him another day." It comes after Rio Ferdinand named only two players better than Salah in Liverpool history.

The Egyptian forward posted an emotional video on social media alongside the club's official statement, delivering a heartfelt farewell to a club he has served for nine years.
"I wanted to start by saying that I never imagined how deeply this club, this city, these people would become part of my life," Salah said. "Liverpool is not just a football club. It's a passion, it's a history, it's a spirit. I can't explain in words to anyone not of this club."
"Leaving is never easy. You gave me the best time of my life. I will be always one of you.” This club will always be my home, to me and to my family. Thank you for everything. Because of you, I will never walk alone."
Salah's ninth season at the club has been turbulent, with the 33-year-old dropped for three consecutive games late last year before giving an explosive interview in which he accused the club of throwing him "under the bus" and suggested he had no relationship with manager Arne Slot.

He was subsequently left out of the squad for a Champions League match against Inter Milan. He returned to the fold following the Africa Cup of Nations but has struggled to recapture the devastating form that defined his peak years at the club.
The numbers he leaves behind are extraordinary. His 255 goals in 435 appearances place him third on Liverpool's all-time scoring list, behind only Ian Rush and Roger Hunt.
He won the Premier League Golden Boot four times and was instrumental in Liverpool's two league titles and the 2019 Champions League triumph. He departs as a free agent, with a move to Saudi Arabia frequently linked.
For Bellamy, who played for Liverpool during the 2006-07 season and helped the club reach the Champions League final, it is a story he clearly has feelings about. Just not one he was prepared to discuss on Tuesday.
