AC Milan are back in Coppa Italia action at San Siro tonight, hoping to book a place in the last 16 as they face Lecce at San Siro.
Goals from Rafael Leao and Christian Pulisic booked Milan’s passage in the last round against Bari, and now they face a team that have had a tough start to the season in Serie A, losing three of four games to sit bottom.
One of the defeats came against the Rossoneri, but it took until the second half for the deadlock to be broken which shows how Eusebio Di Francesco’s side can make things difficult. Add in the expected rotation with the Napoli game coming on Sunday, and a ‘cupset’ becomes a bit more possible.
