AC Milan bounced back with an important 2-0 win against Lecce last night, and as expected, this was the main focus of the newspapers this morning.
After the defeat in the opener, Milan desperately needed three points on Friday evening and that’s exactly what they got. Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Christian Pulisic were the goalscorers in the second half, both getting high scores in our player ratings.
For Max Allegri, even if the performance was so-so at times, it was exactly what he needed as the Rossoneri got the job done even with a subpar starting eleven. After the break, thankfully, he should have more players at his disposal.
Igli Tare was pretty clear about the fact that signings will be made before the end of the window, speaking to the press before the game. So let’s strap in for a hectic mercato finale.
