AC Milan recorded another big early-season win on Sunday night, as they beat their city rivals Inter 1-0 at San Siro.
The only goal of the game came through Christian Pulisic not long after the interval as he pounced on a rebound. Mike Maignan was the worthy Man of the Match winner though, as he thwarted Lautaro Martinez with a stunning first-half save, then stopped Hakan Calhanoglu from the spot.
The result means that Milan jump above their cousins and move into second place, two points behind the league-leaders Roma, and the positive record in head-to-head clashes continues.
