Dusan Vlahovic has not yet made a decision regarding his future beyond this season yet, but AC Milan are at the window.
Vlahovic’s five years with Juventus have seen him rack up 162 appearances so far, with 64 goals and 16 assists. He has six goals this season – three each in Serie A and the Champions League – but has spent the last two months sidelined with a serious muscle injury.
His contract expires at the end of the season and there has been nothing to suggest that a renewal is imminent. If anything, it seems more as though his future will be away from Turin, where he currently earns over €20m gross per year.
On his YouTube channel, Carlo Pellegatti hosted Marco Guidi – a journalist from La Gazzetta dello Sport – who spoke about Milan’s planned moves in attack. He spoke of the desire to sign a ‘top quality striker’, and shed more light on the Vlahovic situation.
“On Vlahovic, today’s Juventus is different from the two Juventuses he’s experienced, because he experienced a first Juventus, which was Agnelli’s final period with Cherubini, so with a completely different management,” he said.

“Then he experienced the following year with Giuntoli, who was the newcomer, with Allegri still the coach, but it was known he wouldn’t stay for long. This Juventus is different, so I can’t say I know, but I remember Vlahovic well.
“In my opinion, he hasn’t made up his mind, he’s even taking his time. It’s clear that he can’t aim for the salary he earns at Juventus: 12 million net is unlikely to be his. But it’s clear that he’s not in a rush and isn’t accepting the first offer that comes in; he’s evaluating several things.
“Whether the team is in the Champions League, the project, and the country. In my opinion, he wants to stay in the top five European leagues. I think Milan are interested, but you know, when a player is free, the situation can always change. If Barcelona were to seriously enter, it would be an obstacle for Milan.”
