Noah Okafor’s time at AC Milan is quickly heading towards an end, but the forward is not sure of his destination yet.
There has been considerable interest in Okafor so far this summer. However, there has been no movement yet, after a move to Brazil did not seem suitable for the forward. So, it was back to the drawing board for all parties.
Okafor’s fate
As Gazzetta dello Sport (seen below) writes, his return to the Rossoneri feels like a ‘stop and go’. A return from Napoli was not going to be permanent unless something drastic changed, and so far, it has not.
In fact, it seems unlikely that anything will change, so an exit seems more than likely at this point, with a new option entering the picture. That, of course, would be Bologna, who have previously held an interest in the winger.

‘Returns to the scene’
Contacts have already restarted between the parties, though the Swissman has only been a mentioned factor, not a specific conversation in itself, especially with interest in Dan Ndoye beginning to ramp up.
The Diavolo want to cash in, and a loan-to-buy situation could emerge, as has been worked with the Rossoblu before. With Bologna themselves, they have already shown their willingness to return to targets. Okafor could be the latest.
