GdS: ‘Impossible in July’ – Milan will wait for a new striker to arrive this summer

AC Milan are going to leave it late in the mercato for a new striker, it seems. In fact, it may be the last piece of the puzzle. 

There are several links to Milan and strikers. However, there are none that are bearing fruit so far, and it seems that this will be the case for a while yet. Instead, it will be a waiting game for the club. Though, is this a bad thing with Santiago Gimenez set to arrive at Milanello next month?

Waiting game

A new name may take the stage this summer, despite Juventus lowering the price for their Serbian star. Instead, the Rossoneri could look at Goncalo Ramos, who scored 19 goals in all competitions last season.

A loan move in July is ‘impossible’, with PSG considering an exit this summer. However, if there is no interest, a move in August could open up on favourable terms for a loan. This comes from ‘the laws of the mercato’, where there have often been issues in recent years from the Diavolo’s side.

A similar case is in place with Vlahovic. Massimiliano Allegri desires a reunion, but the contractual situation still remains. The hope for Milan is that other parties move to their position, as we have seen through the window.
