Seedorf and Ibrahimovic are two names attached to AC Milan; of course, thanks to their legendary careers.
Clarence and Zlatan, Seedorf and Ibrahimovic. Both names are well known in Milan, thanks to their performances in the Rossoneri. However, both have played roles off the field for the club, too. The Dutchman as the head coach, whilst the Swede is now part of RedBird.
Their legacy is being continued in other ways, too, though. To find out how, we must look to the Futuro team.
Then, now and later
As Gazzetta dello Sport write, the iconic duo were part of Massimiliano Allegri’s first Rossoneri team, and now new legacies are being built as Allegri has returned. Maximilian Ibrahimovic and Denzel Seedorf are now both part of the Futuro, a while away from the senior team.
Aged 19 and 18, both are ‘laying foundations for the future’, even if they are at slightly different points. The son of the Swede is slightly more integrated into the squad, whilst Seedorf is getting there.
In July, Max Ibrahimovic signed his first pro contract with the Futuro and made his debut with the Milan Futuro team against Torres. Now, he is one of the key strikers in the youth ranks, but he remains keen to avoid comparisons to his father. His first goal in Serie D arrived in September; it is too early to think about the future, though.

Denzel Seedorf is slightly behind. Born in 2007, last year he starred in the Under 18 team, playing 31 times, and this year he received his call-up to Serie D. He awaits a debut, but he is making people excited. Who knows what the future holds for him, too. So, for now, it is just a case of playing with as little pressure.
Both have the weight of their illustrious surnames on their back. Now, it is just a case of playing their own game.
