GdS: Milan fans flock to San Siro a month after Lecce win – Como sell-out expected

AC Milan are no strangers to a fantastic home support, but after a month away, they can know that they will be well backed at San Siro once again.

The recent calendar has been pretty tough for Milan, and it will not get much easier. Indeed, they have faced three games away from home, with two games against European contenders, in Roma and Bologna. So, it is quite fitting that their return to San Siro, exactly a month after their last game at home, is against another.

Sell out San Siro

As Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanPress) writes, when the Rossoneri face Como later this week, it will be a month to the day since they beat Lecce in a 1-0 victory, where Niclas Fullkrug made the difference in front of a packed crowd.

Against Cesc Fabregas’ team, the story will hopefully be the same, where the Diavolo get three points in front of San Siro at its best, and it is certainly possible. The ‘Rossoneri fever’ has risen once again, and this is the reason why the game will be a complete sell-out.

In fact, the only seats left in the stadium, at the time of the report, were in the away sector. Every home seat had been taken, and it is understandable why this is the case. After all, Massimiliano Allegri has the team in a title fight, and where Milanisti can help, they will do.

It seems like this will become a bit of a common occurrence, too, with the next two home fixtures also heading in a similar direction.
