AC Milan will be up against Lecce tomorrow evening and given they played on Thursday, Massimiliano Allegri is planning a few changes to the starting XI.
Milan clinched three huge points against Como, turning the game around in the second half thanks to Adrien Rabiot. As a result, they are still just three points behind Inter in the standings, which despite the draws can be seen as a positive after a hectic period.
Indeed, tomorrow’s game against Lecce is the final clash in the packed period (five games in 16 days) and as such, Allegri still has to manage his resources a little bit. After all, it would be a shame to pick up an injury now when we’re almost at the finish line.
Three changes expected
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, in addition to giving Youssouf Fofana and Christopher Nkunku some rest, it looks like Luka Modric could also be on the bench. The Croatian is still in the running but Allegri is thinking about starting Ardon Jashari or Samuele Ricci, with the latter favoured.

Christian Pulisic will be the one to replace Nkunku up front, teaming up with Rafael Leao once again, and the American should have quite a lot of energy after being rested against Como. Hopefully, he will get back to scoring.
Predicted Milan XI (3-5-2): Maignan; Tomori, Gabbia, De Winter; Saelemaekers, Loftus-Cheek, Ricci, Rabiot, Bartesaghi; Pulisic, Leao.
Predicted Lecce XI (4-2-3-1): Falcone; Perez, Siebert, Tiago Gabriel, Gallo; Ramadani, Coulibaly, Pierotti, Gandelman, Banda; Stulic.
