AC Milan have completed the signing of Niclas Fullkrug, and there are certainly questions about the German’s ability to lead the line.
Signing a physical striker is something which is probably a few years in the making now. Since Olivier Giroud left, no one has really been present with the same profile. The most similar would be Luka Jovic, but even then, that would be questionable.
So, the arrival of Fullkrug certainly is welcomed. However, many have questions regarding his quality, and more importantly, his record.
Fragile Fullkrug
As Gazzetta dello Sport writes, the West Ham loanee can certainly help the Rossoneri out, but he is fragile. His career has been marred by issues, and his move to London only showed this in more light.
After all, he faced lengthy setbacks, and whilst he stepped into a difficult environment, he rarely had the chance to make an impact due to the aforementioned issue with injuries.

He does not want to lose a place in the German World Cup team, so there will be the desire to hit the ground running from the off. With his last game coming in October, though, there can certainly be questions about when he can begin.
The Rossoneri will hope it can be sooner rather than later, but Massimiliano Allegri will not rush. After all, there is a long time to go in the season, and rushing helps no one.
