AC Milan have not had a penalty yet this season. However, the list of takers has been revealed and there are no shocks.
Last season, Milan and penalties were a controversial topic. We all remember the situation against Fiorentina, where two different takers (not the allocated taker) stepped up and missed. The fallout from that was massive.
As the season played out, there were four goals scored from the spot. However, the 50% conversion record certainly was less than ideal. So, it is something that will hopefully be improved upon this season.

Penalty order
So far, the Rossoneri have not had a shot from the spot, but they almost did on Sunday. In fact, they almost definitely should have. However, we would not really have learnt anything from this event.
As Gazzetta dello Sport, via MilanPress, writes, Christopher Nkunku would have stepped up from 12 yards at the weekend; he won the penalty, and it would have wrapped up a pretty solid debut on his part.
However, he is not the first or second taker.
Instead, those mantles go to Christian Pulisic and Adrien Rabiot. The former is no shock; he scored three of his four attempts last season. However, the secondary option being Rabiot, over someone like Santiago Gimenez or Rafael Leao, is a bit surprising.
Though in certain events, it may still be someone else, as long as all parties agree on the spot kick to be forfeited. For example, Nkunku consulted Rabiot and Pulisic this weekend.
