How to watch Tottenham vs Man Utd in US and UK - TV channel, live stream, early team news

1 hour ago 21

Manchester United and Tottenham both know that a win will move them up to second place in the Premier League standings – if only temporarily – when the two teams face off on Saturday.

Spurs host United in the first game of the weekend, and the North London club goes into the clash off the back of a much-needed win in the Champions League in midweek.

Tottenham's Premier League loss to Chelsea last weekend ended with the team being booed off by its own supporters, with pressure seemingly mounting on new manager Thomas Frank.

Frank only needs to look at his opposite number on Saturday to know how quickly opinions can change in soccer – plenty of United fans had given up hope of Ruben Amorim succeeding at Old Trafford when the team lost to Brentford at the end of September, but the Red Devils have taken 10 points from the last 12 available to boost their hopes of Champions League qualification.

Here is all the information you need to know in order to be able to watch the game between Spurs and United...

What time is kick-off?

The game kicks off at 12.30pm UK time.

That means it's a 7.30am kick-off Eastern Time, and a 4.30am kick-off Pacific Time.

Is the game on TV?

The game is being shown on Sky Sports in the United Kingdom, while fans in the United States can watch the action live on USA Network/NBC.com.

Team news

United's only absentee is Lisandro Martinez, who is still on the comeback trail from a serious knee injury he sustained at the start of the year.

Tottenham's injury situation is much worse, with Yves Bissouma, Ben Davies, Radu Dragusin, Archie Gray, Dejan Kulusevski, James Maddison, Dominic Solanke and Kota Takai all expected to miss out.

Due to the FA's concussion protocols, Lucas Bergvall will also miss the game after he was forced off in the opening minutes of Tottenham's loss to Chelsea last weekend having been hit in the side of the head by a ball.

Mohammed Kudus is facing a late fitness test after missing the Champions League win over Copenhagen.
