Massimiliano Allegri’s agent has weighed in on the Ardon Jashari saga, insisting that the offer AC Milan have made is a sizeable one.

The soap opera connected to the pursuit of Jashari has become a bit of a tiring one set around a war of words in the media between Milan and Club Brugge, against the backdrop of the player desperately wanting the move.

However, it will not last for much longer, at least according to La Gazzetta dello Sport. Yesterday they spoke of an internal ultimatum being set by Milan. More specifically, it is expected that a meeting on Monday after CEO Giorgio Furlani returns from the tour will determine the best course of action.

The offer is very serious’

Allegri’s agent, Giovanni Branchini, gave an interview to Sky (via MilanNews) in which he was asked about the latest on the transfer front, more specifically the Jashari situation.

Will Jashari arrive?

“I don’t think Allegri will resign if Jashari doesn’t come to Milan. He’s an interesting player that Milan is trying to acquire with significant offers. Max has no fears about completing the squad.”

Are you so sure that Jashari is such a firm and insistent request from Allegri?

“He was proposed and passed the test. He’s an interesting player, but not the eleventh player needed to be able to play. I’m not even so sure that everyone within the club is so in agreement with this operation. The offer is very serious.”
