Inter 0-1 AC Milan: Stefano’s reaction straight after the full-time whistle

Straight after the full-time whistle in AC Milan’s 1-0 win against Inter, Stefano shared his thoughts on the performance and the outcome. 

Milan headed into tonight’s Derby della Madonnina with more confidence than usual, having avoided defeat in all five of the derbies in the 2024-25 season. Furthermore, with Massimiliano Allegri on the bench, there was never any concern about the big-game nerves.

Sure enough, although it took a lot of defending and a penalty save by Mike Maignan, a goal from Christian Pulisic led Milan to an important victory. Indeed, they leapfrogged their city rivals in the standings and are now just two points behind the league leaders Roma.

After the game, straight after the full-time whistle in fact, Stefano sat down to record his initial reaction to the game. Of course, as we all are at the moment, he was beaming and had a lot of positive things to say – even if some aspects could have been improved.
