Liverpool makes $47M Marc Guehi 'approach' as Reds close in on summer signing

Liverpool has reportedly made an "official proposal" to sign Marc Guehi from Crystal Palace.

The defender has been a target for the Reds all summer but Liverpool, prior to this weekend has not firmed up that interest with a formal offer.

The Athletic claims that has now changed, with the Premier League champions submitting a bid of £35million ($47M) for the England international.
