‘Maestro meets Mister’ – Allegri and Modric embrace at Milanello on first day: photo

This summer, AC Milan have made a few big moves, and two of them have been pictured today at Milanello. 

Massimiliano Allegri returned to Milan this summer to kickstart the summer, with a new feeling of optimism and a project to buy into. Almost immediately that project was then strengthened by the news that Luka Modric would join the Rossoneri, too.

Similar in every way

Both arrive with questions; Allegri after a year’s sabbatical and Modric close to his 40th birthday. This does not matter for either, though. Instead, the focus is on returning the club to its previous level.

So, today at Milanello, the two were photographed meeting on the midfielder’s first day. Of course, they will have previously met and spoke, but this is the first pictures we have seen of them together since they joined the Diavolo.
