Manchester City self-destructed at Tottenham to lose ground in the Premier League title race again. Arsenal now lead the table by six points after Pep Guardiola's side threw away a two-goal lead in North London.

Rayan Cherki gave the visitors and early lead and Antoine Semenyo put them well on course for victory when he added a second just before half-time. However, Spurs came out better and City much worse after the break, and the stadium lifted when Marc Guehi could only turn into his own net under pressure from Dominic Solanke.

Solanke then scored an equaliser and it was only Gianluigi Donnarumma that prevented City from losing a game they should have won. Here are the player ratings from the Manchester Evening News.

Donnarumma: Ended up being City's best player again with a string of saves in the second half to stop Spurs from winning. 8

Nunes: A quiet game considering the action that was in both boxes. He wasn't particularly culpable, yet neither did it feel like he added a lot. 6

Khusanov: Some great moments as usual, but a rash tackle earned him a booking in the first half and he couldn't get to Solanke for the first Spurs goal. 5

Guehi: Unfortunate with the own goal and generally defended well but City's collapse wasn't good enough. 6

Ait-Nouri: Still looks to be settling into the side and every good action was never completed before it ended. 6

Rodri: Set the tone with those crossfield passes and was important for the second goal, albeit he tired and Spurs became able to get past him. 6

Silva: Had a big hand in both goals but was unable to stop the tide turning in the second half. 6

O'Reilly: Looked great in midfield for a half but then started to struggle and was involved in the mess of a second goal. 5

Cherki: Scored one and was unfortunate not to get another, but his impact faded after seemingly getting injured in the first half. 7

Semenyo: The second goal was well taken, although too much else wasn't as he wasted a lot of the ball in good areas. 5

Haaland: He ends with an assist but he wasted excellent chances to add to the lead and some of his touches were horribly heavy. 4
