Marseille coach Roberto De Zerbi did not give much away when asked about whether it is true Adrien Rabiot is leaving.

As MilanNews report, De Zerbi spoke at a press conference after Marseille’s defeat to Lyon regarding Rabiot’s future, and ultimately he did not confirm nor deny anything.

“I don’t know what to say. I didn’t talk about the transfer market with Longoria and Benatia. I was just thinking about preparing for the match,” he said.

Agreement reached

In case you missed it, Rabiot to Milan has already been given the ‘here we go’ stamp by Fabrizio Romano. An operation worth €10m including bonuses is believed to have been agreed between the two sides.

Last season, Rabiot amassed nine goals and four assists in Ligue 1 as Marseille finished second in the table to secure a return to the Champions League. However, they transfer listed him after an argument involving Jon Rowe, so Milan were able to swoop late.
