MN: ‘Concrete moves’ – Milan now focusing on Hojlund as fears emerge over Vlahovic deal

With the midfield now complete, AC Milan need to focus on getting a striker. It seems that this is known internally, though. 

Ardon Jashari’s move to Milan signifies two things: an ability to get a deal done which the Rossoneri most wanted and the need to focus elsewhere. The midfield, as it is now, is a complete article. Done, dusted, ready.

However, the rest of the team still looks a little short. The Diavolo clearly need a new striker, but there are delays in the situation.

Hojlund or Vlahovic

It seems this could come to an end soon, though. As MilanNews write this afternoon, the club are making ‘concrete moves’ to sign a new striker this summer, now that Jashari has arrived. Interestingly, the idea is for them to partner Santiago Gimenez.

Dusan Vlahovic has been the long-standing number one, but that could be changing, with the report stating that there are ‘fears’ that it could take a long time to reach an agreement. So, a turn may take place.

Instead of the Serbian, the Rossoneri are in discussions with intermediaries regarding a deal for Rasmus Hojlund, who has quickly become a solid option. At present, a loan to buy idea is being worked on, especially now Manchester United have sorted a deal for Benjamin Sesko.
