Earlier in the window, it was suggested that two strikers could sign this summer. Now, AC Milan may follow through with that.
Last season, Milan had a four-striker department: Santiago Gimenez, Tammy Abraham, Luka Jovic and Francesco Camarda. Only Gimenez remains from that group, and there is a need to add more firepower to the front line.
So, this is why the Rossoneri have spent all season browsing the mercato for an ideal option to come back into the team. Rasmus Hojlund and Dusan Vlahovic were the clear favourites, but this may not happen.
Two to come?
At one point, though, it was hypothesised that both could join the club. Despite neither looking too likely at the moment, the Rossoneri could still sign two new strikers this summer.

Victor Boniface is the name of today, and reports suggest that the Nigerian could even arrive later today, with an agreement hoped for. Then, the other new idea could also be explored further, that of Conrad Harder.
According to MilaNews, the Diavolo are ‘not giving up’ on the Dane, and he could arrive too. Sporting want a figure of €28 million, but around €25m could be enough. Considering his situation, he may be content with being a rotational option for the future for the time being.
