AC Milan will have another player to call upon in Florence this weekend, with Christopher Nkunku returning to training today.
There has been a lot said about Nkunku recently, and a lot of it regards his future at Milan. Right now, it seems that he is a candidate to depart the club. However, there is seemingly no interest from his side in an exit.
Fenerbahce have also lessened the intensity of their push, so he may remain at the club for now. Either way, the Frenchman needs to start showing some return on the investment which brought him to San Siro.
Nkunku back
With two goals in Serie A so far, the attacker has been rather underwhelming, especially considering the price that was paid for him in the summer. After that brace against Verona, though, he has been absent with an injury.
The least ideal situation, with him hoping to continue in his fine form. Nevertheless, his return to the pitch is now visible.

As MilanNews reports, after undergoing a personalised training plan for the past week, he has now rejoined the squad on the grass at Milanello today. He joined a group of players who either did not play yesterday or played very little, whilst the others took part in a recovery session.
The games are coming thick and fast, so chances may be on the horizon.
