AC Milan have been provided with some good news this afternoon from Milanello, involving Strahinja Pavlovic.
Sunday’s game against Bologna was largely positive; Milan won, Luka Modric got his first goal, and the team continued to look like a Massimiliano Allegri outfit. However, there were also two rather large negatives.
The first being Allegri’s red card, after he was annoyed at the penalty being overturned. Then, Mike Maignan and Pavlovic suffered injuries.
Updates from Milanello
This morning, a report stated that the Serbian had taken part in athletic work with the squad, but was not going to train with them, at least for that session. However, Maignan had immediately reported to the gym.

In recent minutes, though, MilanNews report that the defender was actually part of training, and completed ‘all’ of his work today in a group setting, rather than individually. Unfortunately, the good news did not continue for Maignan.
The Frenchman, according to the report, was in the gym where he completed a singular session at Milanello. So, Allegri must pick a replacement for this weekend, which could be Lorenzo Torriani or Pietro Terracciano.
Elsewhere, Rafael Leao continued with his own individual training plan; it seems unlikely he will be on the pitch against Udinese this weekend.
