AC Milan could finally be on the receiving end of some good news, and it seems Alexis Saelemaekers may be ok.
Of course, the scans in Belgium and Milan showed the same thing: an issue with the flexor in his right leg, which created some worry. In fact, it initially seemed that he could be out for almost a month. However, an update has been provided this afternoon.
Saelemaekers surprise
As Pietro Mazzara writes for MilanNews, there have been some positive signs today, with him feeling less pain than in recent days, and he will undergo some tests this afternoon to see what the status of his issue is.
However, it seems that the injury is probably a small one, rather than what was initially feared after the first round of scans, which is massively positive news.

With this new set of tests, a positive answer could arrive regarding his return, with the report even suggesting that he could be present against Fiorentina. It may only be a spot in the squad. However, that would be much better than him being unavailable for a few games.
The Rossoneri will not risk anything, though, so his return is only a possibility at this point, as no one wants to aggravate an injury to a key player. His situation will be monitored closely, but things are certainly looking better.
