With the Derby della Madonnina this weekend, AC Milan must be ready, and so the news from Milanello is of interest.

The group will also be joined by Adrien Rabiot, who is actually set to return to the training pitch on Tuesday afternoon, after taking part in an individual session this afternoon, as reported by MilanNews. His recovery has gone as planned, with the Diavolo keen to have him back in the midfield for the derby.

However, Santiago Gimenez remains a doubt for this weekend. Whilst he took part in training, alongside Rabiot today, he still requires further assessments. The deeper into the week we go, the less likely he is to feature.
