Luka Modric has, as our colleague reports, just landed at Malpensa, ahead of his contract signing at AC Milan.
Today is a day that has been eagerly anticipated by Milan fans. The arrival of Modric. A name recognised across the sport, and more importantly, respected by everyone. Of course, questsions are present about the signing.
However, he can still perform at an elite level, and if nothing else, will provide the Rossoneri with some reliability and experience in the midfield.
Today, then, is being titled as ‘Modric day’ as he will complete medicals and tests before a contract signing. Once this is completed, he will return to Malpensa to begin his holiday.
