AC Milan and Fulham have agreed a deal for Samuel Chukwueze, and the winger is currently having a medical for a move.
There are several irons in the fire for Milan on deadline day, and the Rossoneri will potentially see a few big fees arrive. However, it seems they will have to wait for anything with Chukwueze, given the way the deal has panned out.
Chukwueze to Fulham: Medical underway
A permanent deal was initially inspected by the clubs. Though in the past few days, things have changed to loan discussions, with a buy clause inserted, of course. Now, it seems that the deal could be ready to close.
Matteo Moretto has reported in the past few minutes that the Nigerian is currently having a medical for his move to the Premier League, though the journalist also adds that the two clubs have an agreement for an ‘onerous’ loan with a €30 million ‘right of redemption’ clause inserted.
Reports last night suggested that the winger was heading to London, without a deal being done, to conduct his medical. So, it seems that everything is now agreed, and a deal could be done well in advance of the 8 PM CEST deadline tonight.
