Moretto: Sporting CP striker Harder offered the Milan along with Dovbyk

The latest name to emerge in AC Milan’s search for a new centre-forward is Conrad Harder of Sporting CP, according to Matteo Moretto.

Sporting director Igli Tare spoke to Mediaset before the game against Bari on Sunday night and he confirmed that a striker will arrive before the window closes. However, with nothing seemingly imminent, time is of the essence.

Harder the latest name

According to the latest from Matteo Moretto on YouTube, there are no new updates about Artem Dovbyk possibly joining Milan despite the reports from earlier today, even if it is true that he was proposed to the Rossoneri.

Sporting CP forward Conrad Harder is a new name to mention. He was offered to the management too, who have evaluated him and continue to evaluate him in case other options do not end up materialising.

Harder moved to Lisbon on five-year deal at the end of the last summer window for a fee of €19m (via Wiki) from Nordsjælland in his native Denmark, and there is reportedly an €80m release clause in his deal.

Moreover, Moretto denies that Milan are interested in signing Jakub Kiwior from Arsenal, after The Standard reported earlier on Tuesday that a late attempt is being weighed up.
