Moretto: Two Serie A clubs show concrete interest in Milan outcast Adli

Yacine Adli is on his way out of AC Milan having not travelled on the preseason tour, and he could remain in Italy.

Adli was not bought by Fiorentina for €10m after his loan spell and has returned to Milanello. Massimiliano Allegri, however, does not consider him part of his project and coach did not call him up for either the training camp or the tour of the Far East.

Adli set for Serie A stay?

According to Matteo Moretto, Torino and Sassuolo are strongly interested in signing the 24-year-old. Milan have shown him the door and is ready to listen to offers that meet both the management’s demands and the player’s wishes.

Recent reports have suggested that Saudi Arabia could also be an option, although Adli seems inclined to remain in Europe, in more competitive leagues where he can continued to learn and develop.

Adli, because he was excluded from the training camp, is training with Milan Futuro under Massimo Oddo, waiting for news from the directors and his agent to define his future. Sassuolo have already publicly declared their interest.

It will be away from the Rossoneri, but he could still be in Serie A after his last experience with Fiorentina. He played 35 games for La Viola, amassing five goals and seven assists.
