Official: AC Milan announce signing of Berkay Karaca for Milan Futuro – photo

AC Milan have confirmed the signing of teenage talent Berkay Karaca, who will immediately join Milan Futuro’s squad.

There hadn’t been too much speculation about the deal, but the official website confirmed that it has gone through, stating: AC Milan can confirm the signing of player Berkay Karaca.”

Born in 2006 in Gelsenkirchen, Germany, Berkay plays as a full-back and came through the youth ranks at 2. Bundesliga side Schalke 04.

Karaca holds dual citizenship from Germany and Turkey and has already made several appearances for Turkey’s youth national teams. He will join Massimo Oddo’s Futuro, who are gearing up for the new season in Serie D.
