AC Milan have officially confirmed who will lead the various youth teams in the 2025-26 season, announcing Marco Parolo’s arrival.
Despite a gutting end to their debut season with relegation to Serie A, the Milan leadership have shown their faith in Massimo Oddo by handing him a contract until 2027 as the head coach of Milan Futuro.
Meanwhile, it was announced recently that Federico Guidi has left as the coach of Milan Primavera, which was a bit of a surprise. Not least because the Rossoneri worked hard to convince him to join from Roma, where he had won multiple trophies at that level.
Appointments confirmed
The official website have now published clarification on who will lead each youth team in 2025-26, which began on 7 July when the Primavera started pre-season preparations.
In due course, other teams will convene to prepare for the busy year ahead, led by the following head coaches:
➤ Primavera: Giovanni Renna
➤ Under-18: Marco Visconti
➤ Under-17: Simone Baldo
➤ Under-16: Marco Parolo
➤ Under-15: Lorenzo Cresta
In the coming weeks, the Rossoneri will announce the full list of coaching staff for both our men’s and women’s youth teams.
