Massimiliano Allegri has named AC Milan’s team to face Roma, and there are a couple of changes from the draw against Atalanta.
After back-to-back draws in the league against Pisa and La Dea, Milan are on the hunt for what would be their sixth win in their first 10 Serie A fixtures. However, they face a Roma side that are three points higher at the moment, and have conceded just four goals in nine games.
Allegri will be without four players due to injury this evening: forward duo Santiago Gimenez and Christian Pulisic, influential midfielder Adrien Rabiot and the young winger Cheveyo Balentien.

As was reported in the build-up to the game, Allegri has chosen to name Koni De Winter, Matteo Gabbia and Strahinja Pavlovic as the three centre-backs in the rearguard ahead of the captain Mike Maignan in goal.
Alexis Saelemaekers will be the right wing-back facing the club he was on loan at last season, with Davide Bartesaghi on the opposite side. They will flank a midfield trio of Youssouf Fofana, Luka Modric and Samuele Ricci.
The front two will be Rafael Leao and Christopher Nkunku, but this was almost a given because of Christian Pulisic and Santiago Gimenez’s injury problems.
Official Milan XI (3-5-2): Maignan; De Winter, Gabbia, Pavlovic; Saelemaekers, Fofana, Modric, Ricci, Bartesaghi; Leao, Nkunku.
