AC Milan have officially announced the 28 players that have been called up for the official start of preseason on Monday 7 July.
After two days of athletic and physical tests at Milanello, Milan are ready to begin their preparations for the 2025-26 season properly.
The official website has confirmed the players who will gather this evening for the start of preseason training and take part in training sessions starting from tomorrow onwards.
The 28 players summoned
Goalkeepers: Maignan, Nava, Sportiello, Torriani.
Defenders: Bartesaghi, E. Royal, Gabbia, Jiménez, Magni, Pavlović, Thiaw, Tomori.
Midfielders: Bondo, Comotto, Fofana, Loftus-Cheek, Musah, Pobega, Ricci, Terracciano, Vos.
Forwards: Chukwueze, Colombo, Leão, Liberali, Okafor, Pulisic, Saelemaekers.
Theo Hernandez, Ismael Bennacer, Yacine Adli and Devis Vasquez have not been called up, because they are close to being sold or not considered a part of the project.
Santiago Gimenez is also absent but because he remains at the Gold Cup with Mexico. He, like Luka Modric – who has yet to be made official as a new signing – will likely return by the end of the month.
Among the players called up by Allegri there are also several players who come from the Youth Sector, more specifically Nava, Torriani, Bartesaghi, Magni, Comotto and Vos.
