AC Milan, today, have announced that Andrei Coubis has joined Sampdoria in a move that could be made permanent.

There have been a few players from the Milan Futuro to leave this summer. Kevin Zeroli was the first, then Francesco Camarda and Mattia Liberali followed. Though the first two will probably return, Liberali seems unlikely to, for now at least.

Today, that list has grown, with Milan announcing that Coubis has departed.

Coubis departs

In an official statement on the website, the club stated that Coubis has joined Sampdoria on loan, though the Serie B club will have an obligation to buy the defender if certain conditions are met.

That clause is not worth too much, reportedly around €150k, and the Rossoneri will retain an interest in his future, thanks to a 50% sell-on clause also included within the deal. The full statement can be seen below.

AC Milan announces that it has temporarily transferred the player Andrei Coubiș to UC Sampdoria, with an obligation to buy subject to certain conditions.
