AC Milan have announced that youth sector talent Matteo Geroli has signed his first professional contract with the club.
A statement on the official website has confirmed that Geroli has become the latest to sign a senior deal. The forward – who was born in 2007, and has been with the Rossoneri for nine seasons – will continue to be part of the Milan Futuro Project.
The likes of Astin Mbaye, Fabio Pandolfi, Simon La Mantia and Victor Eletu have all committed their future to the club in recent weeks, too, which is a gesture of faith.
The Futuro’s brilliant start to the season continued on the field too as they won 3-0 in their clash against Scanzorosciate on Sunday afternoon thanks to goals from Maxi Ibrahimovic, Diego Sia and Emanuele Borsani.
Massimo Oddo’s side are in second place having won three and drawn two, trailing Folgore Caratese by two points.
