AC Milan have announced that another young talent has put pen to paper on their first senior contract with the club.
A statement on the official website reads: “AC Milan announces that Simon La Mantia has signed his first professional contract. The midfielder, born in 2008, has been part of the Rossoneri Youth Sector eight seasons and will continue to be involved in the Milan Futuro project, an initiative dedicated to the growth and development of young talents.”
There have been a number of announcements related to the Futuro recently. Matteo Pittarella and Andrea Di Siena signed professional deals, while Daniele Petrone joined and Massimo Oddo extended his contract.
