AC Milan will host Lecce for the second time this season, this time in Serie A after the previous Coppa Italia meeting, hoping to start a winning run.
There have been 47 meetings between Milan and Lecce, with the Rossoneri winning 30 and losing only two. This will actually be the third meeting of the season between the two: the first ended 0-2 in favour of the Diavolo as goals from Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Christian Pulisic secured the win.
This was followed up by a convincing 3-0 win in the Coppa encounter, with Santiago Gimenez, Christopher Nkunku and Pulisic finding the back of the net.
