AC Milan are eager to find a new club for Ismael Bennacer and out of nowhere, it’s being reported that Juventus could make a move for the midfielder.
Ever since returning from his six-month loan at Marseille, it has been clear to Bennacer that his future isn’t at Milan. The Algerian isn’t part of Max Allegri, not even after Ardon Jashari’s injury, and the Rossoneri have been looking for suitors all summer.
Bologna enquired about the situation a few days ago and many were hoping that this could be the lifeline for Milan. Instead, it seems the rivals Juventus have joined the race, or they are at least considering doing so.
Juve considering a move
According to Alfredo Pedulla in his latest article for Football Italia, Juventus want a holding midfielder before the window closes and they are now weighing up a move for Bennacer. Igor Tudor, the head coach, is a fan of the 27-year-old and it could be a low-cost operation.

The salary is high at €4m net, coming in at €7.4m gross, but Milan likely wouldn’t demand a high transfer fee. Nor do they need a high transfer fee to register a capital gain, with a residual value of just under €3m.
Pedulla concludes his report by saying that an eye must be kept on Bologna as well, seeing as they haven’t completely abandoned the Bennacer idea.
